Article 1 (Applicable)
- Service Overview: These Terms allow you to exchange contact information, including website and social media profiles, using NFC-enabled business cards provided by Share-Me Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"). This sets forth the terms of use for the Smart Business Card Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"). This service is intended for efficient information sharing in business situations.
- Consent: By agreeing to the terms of this Agreement, you will have a non-exclusive right to use the Service. By starting to use the Service, the User is deemed to have agreed to the terms of this Agreement.
- Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to change or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice to you. Changes or modifications to these Terms will become effective when published on our website. By continuing to use the Service after any changes have been made, you will be deemed to have agreed to the changed or revised terms.

- Account Deletion: Users may delete their Account at any time. Deleting your account will delete your profile information and all information you have shared on the Service. Please note that data cannot be restored after account deletion.
Article 3 (Management of User ID and Password)
- Users shall be solely responsible for managing their own user IDs and passwords. Our company is not responsible for any damage caused by unauthorized use or insufficient management of user IDs and passwords.

If we discover any behavior that violates these prohibitions, we will suspend or delete the relevant user's account without warning and take appropriate measures, including legal action, if necessary.

Article 6 (Intellectual Property Rights)

If you wish to use the Service again after the user's registration has been canceled, you will need to complete the registration procedure again.

Article 12 (Changes and Termination of Service)

- Termination of Service: We may terminate the Service due to commercial judgment, force majeure of the operation of the Service, or for other reasons. In the event of service termination, we will notify users 30 days prior to termination. After the service ends, users will no longer be able to use the service.
- Data handling: Due to the termination of the service, we recommend that any data created and saved by users within the service be downloaded or saved in other formats before termination. The Company has no obligation to retain, restore, or transfer data after the termination of the Service.
- User Rights and Obligations: The Company shall not be liable for any disadvantages or damages incurred by the User due to changes, suspension, or termination of the Service. You understand and accept the risks that may arise in connection with any modification or termination of the Service.
Article 13 Changes to Terms of Use
Our company may change these Terms as necessary. Changes to these Terms will be made by announcement on the Service or by notification to the User, and if the User uses the Service after the announcement or notification, it will be deemed that the User has agreed to the changed Terms.
Article 14. Notice or Contact

Article 15 (Court of Jurisdiction and Applicable Laws)

- Discussions: Discussions to resolve disputes may take the form of email, in writing, or in person. In order to begin negotiations, one party to the dispute must give written notice to the other party.
- Involvement of a neutral third party: If both parties agree, arbitration or mediation through a neutral third party may be carried out. In this case, the costs associated with arbitration and mediation will, in principle, be borne equally by both parties.
